As a filmmaker I relished the chance to join MKFN in 2014 and help organise new networking events. I'm passionate about film and wish to see Milton Keynes thrive as a hub for filmmaking talent and creativity.
I have many ideas for developing MKFN over the coming months and look forward to working with the MKFN team on some exciting events !
I'm also a Trustee of MKFN's parent charity (ICMK) and run a video production company (Clockwork Video Productions).

I joined the film network back in August 2009 when Duncan Catterall founded the project. He saw a need for film makers to have a chance to network in and around MK. A place for film makers to communicate and collaborate together.
I became more involved with the organisation as an administrative position within the network back in June 2010 and after a couple of meetings with Alba Madriz and Samantha we discussed the progress and advancement of the network. When Alba left at the end of August, Sam and I took over her communication and organisational role within the network.
We have since worked very closely with Ursy White from ICMK to be able to deliver the follow up scriptwriting workshops. We have many exciting projects in the pipe line for this year and are very happy to be working so closely with ICMK and Ursy.

I joined MKFN along with Ana in August 2009 initially as a member. I studied media production at the University of Bedfordshire and have found it increasingly hard to get involved in film if you are not based in London. I jumped at the chance to join the MKFN Team and to try and network and meet filmmakers along the way. Since joining I have been involved in Auditioning and Casting and worked on a film as a Production Assistant thanks to the network and its members. I enjoy being a part of organising the different workshops we provide and liasing with our members!
